Accompany all prospective tenants for a viewing at the property.
Perform a full inventory of the property prior to tenants moving in.
Carry out all necessary checks on property, including gas/electric safety check (at additional cost).
Visit the property with the tenant on the moving day, go through inventory and show tenants how to operate the appliances, such as cooker and boiler.
Carry out inspections at the property, these will be with a full report to the Landlord on the first month of tenant moving in, and thereafter quarterly, for peace of mind.
In addition, we can offer the services of our in house maintenance team for any repairs or building work. These will also be at competitive prices and be completed to a very high standard
